Carlos is Chief Financial Officer of Mubadala.
Carlos was responsible for establishing the company’s organizational structure and now oversees the company’s corporate functions. This includes Finance, Project Finance, Strategic Planning and Portfolio Management, Legal, Human Resources and Administration, and Management Information Systems.
