Mr. Al Mansouri is currently holding the position of Secretary General at the Environment Agency - Abu Dhabi (EAD), United Arab Emirates.
In 1999, he joined the Environmental Research and Wildlife Development Agency (ERWDA), [now called the Environment Agency–Abu Dhabi (EAD)], as the Assistant Secretary General for Finance and Administration, prior to attaining his current position.
In addition, he is shouldering various responsibilities and the major ones are as follows:

- Managing Director, Al Ain Wildlife Park &Resort
- Chairman, Abu Dhabi Fisheries Management Committee
- Chairman, Management Committee for Abu Dhabi Global Environment Data Initiative (AGEDI)
- Chairman for Abu Dhabi Emirate's Strategy on the use of Natural Gas d0
- Chairman of the Higher Committee for Waste Management in Abu Dhabi Emirate
- Chairman, Technical Committee for Strategic Aquifer Storage Project in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi
- Chairman, Higher Committee to oversees Implementation of Abu Dhabi Emirate Soil Survey Project.
- Vice President, the International Council for Game and Wildlife Conservation (CIC) and Head of UAE delegation.
- Board Member, Organic Farming Center
